Cobalt:-
Cobalt
is a constituent of vitamin B12. The total body content of cobalt is 1.1 mg. It
is readily absorbed from the small intestine.
Daily requirement:
- Though the average intake of cobalt is 0.3 mg per day, the daily requirement has not yet been established.
